Functionality of immigration reform in the case of highly skilled workers is very important for us. The U.S. needs scientists and engineers, and can´t meet the yearly quota of skilled workers. So, let´s import them. In the 50´s our space program needed the german Werner von Braun and we took him, right on time, before the russians did.
